Major Characters
Vienna Smith is a member of CDD. At first she is cold toward Sam but warms up later in the book. Late in the story she has lung problems because of running through radioactive dust.
Dodge is a good computer programmer who wrote the very dangerous computer virus, the “Plague”. Dodge keeps the “Plague” with him at all times.
Ursala is a neuro virus that was named by Sam. Ursala plants false memories and controls your mind. Ursala is the main antagonist.
Minor Characters
Gummy Bear is a member of CDD who gets brain washed and tries to capture Sam.
Zombie is another member of CDD who gets brain washed and tries to capture Sam.
The Swamp Witch is the Supervising Officer of CDD who dies when she gets her brain fried by Ursala.
Jaggard is the leader of CDD and turns against Sam when he puts on a neuro head set.
Tyler is the leader of the CDD Tactical Division. He gets brain washed like others in the CDD but overcomes it to help Sam.
Fargus is Sam's friend who dies because he gets addicted to neuro head set games and dies of malnutrition.
